He previously served as Vice President for two major hotel development and management companies in Dallas: Metro Hotels, Inc. and Mariner Corporation. Manderfeld holds the Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) designation and is recognized by the Educational Institute of the American Hotel & Lodging Association. He is a public speaker and has presented seminars for the most prominent trade associations in the lodging industry. He is also a trainer and technical author, having developed numerous training programs and procedural manuals. Jeff Durham, Treasurer
Jeff Durham had his introduction to the hospitality industry through the Food & Beverage Department at an early age and built most of that experience in the Napa Valley and the San Francisco Bay Area. He trained with Four Seasons Hotel Company, has worked in all aspects of the hospitality industry and was the opening manager for two renowned chefs-owned restaurants on both the west and east coast.
Currently serving as a commissioner for the Planning Commission and Parks and Community Services Commission for Yountville, California, Mr. Durham is in tune with the needs and demands of local and state government. He is an active member of the communities of Napa and Humboldt Counties, participation with the Collins Hospitality Society, the Alumni Association of the Collins College of Hospitality Management, and serving on the Board of Directors for the Humboldt County Visitors’ and Convention Bureau.
Durham serves on the Board of Directors for the Humboldt County Visitors’ and Convention Bureau giving him insight into the demand for lodging and marketing opportunities as well as extensive experience establishing a Tourist Improvement District (TID) in California.

Sima and her husband Peter Patel are the owners of the Hampton Inn & Suites, Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites and the newly developed independent hotel- The Hotel Vue.
Sima pursued a passion for Hospitality since 1979 by working in all aspects of the hospitality industry from daily operations , sales & marketing, to development. Sima is a champion of tourism marketing and a leader in state and regional hospitality industry.

Aaron D. Faust
Aaron D. Faust is a Founding and Managing Partner at Terroir Capital.
Prior to this, Aaron worked at CSI Capital Management, helping to oversee non-public investments, and before this, as a corporate attorney. He serves as Manager of Terroir Hotel and Resort Management LLC, Terroir Partners LLC, and Terroir Partners II LLC, the General Partner of Terroir Hotel & Resort Funds I and II and the Terroir Winery Fund LP, respectively, and sits on the boards of several portfolio companies. Terroir Capital invests in, develops, and operates luxury boutique hotels worldwide.
Aaron received his undergraduate degree in Political Science with Distinction in General Scholarship from the University of California at Berkeley and is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center. He is a member of the State Bar of California.
