Aaron D. Faust
Aaron D. Faust is a Founding and Managing Partner at Terroir Capital. Prior to this, Aaron worked at CSI Capital Management, helping to oversee non-public investments, and before this, as a corporate attorney. He serves as Manager of Terroir Hotel and Resort Management LLC, Terroir Partners LLC, and Terroir Partners II LLC, the General Partner of Terroir Hotel & Resort Funds I and II and the Terroir Winery Fund LP, respectively, and sits on the boards of several portfolio companies. Terroir Capital invests in, develops, and operates luxury boutique hotels worldwide.
Aaron received his undergraduate degree in Political Science with Distinction in General Scholarship from the University of California at Berkeley and is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center. He is a member of the State Bar of California.
Frances Kiradjian
Founder of the Boutique & Lifestyle Lodging Association (BLLA), Frances Kiradjian, a 25-year hospitality and travel industry seasoned professional, created BLLA to give a voice to boutique & lifestyle properties and small brands, offering them the opportunity and the means to compete on a level playing field with major hotel companies. BLLA serves more than 500 members including hotels and the suppliers that sustain them.
Ms. Kiradjian’s travel experience cuts across various areas of the industry, but always with a razor-sharp focus on the hospitality sector. Her creative marketing, sales, and consulting skills have netted proven successes in brand positioning, product, service promotion and awareness programs, and corporate, client and profit maximization campaigns.
John Manderfeld

John is president of Marin Management in Sausalito, has nearly 30 years experience in the lodging industry. His career includes 11 years in food-and-beverage operations as well as sales with Westin Hotels and Resorts. He previously served as Vice President for two major hotel development and management companies in Dallas: Metro Hotels, Inc. and Mariner Corporation. Manderfeld holds the Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) designation and is recognized by the Educational Institute of the American Hotel & Lodging Association. He is a public speaker and has presented seminars for the most prominent trade associations in the lodging industry. He is also a trainer and technical author, having developed numerous training programs and procedural manuals. Mathews has been qualified and employed by the California Municipal and Superior Courts as an expert witness in the hotel and motel industry and also in the hotel and motel brokerage business.
