ILIA offers on its website membership application forms, order forms, registration forms, and other requests for information. ILIA may agree to arrangements with members or third parties that would like to offer products or services to ILIA members. In accordance with these arrangements, ILIA may receive revenues, commissions, or in-kind services, if ILIA members purchase goods or services from these members or third parties. Any income or in-kind services received by ILIA from these arrangements shall be used to benefit ILIA members. This includes offsetting the costs of educational and professional development programs and seminars offered by ILIA, and advocacy efforts put forth by ILIA. By becoming a member of ILIA, you acknowledge and agree that ILIA may receive revenues, commissions, or in-kind services, in the event that ILIA members purchase goods or services from these members or third parties, and that you agree that ILIA may use these revenues for the benefit of ILIA members.

Additional Terms and Conditions
It may be necessary for members or visitors to this website to agree to other terms and conditions or sign non-disclosure agreements, license agreements, or terms of use, in order to visit the website or to purchase or receive products and services from ILIA. If a conflict should arise between this Privacy Policy and such other terms and conditions, the other terms and conditions will prevail.

Notification of Changes
